"Bellina Alimentari is based upon honoring traditions and creating menus based on seasonality. We pride ourselves on our relationships with local farmers and purveyors and follow the philosophy that if we are not getting something locally, we will bring it "on a slow boat from Italy". We choose to make less profit so that we can take care of our employees, and provide honest food (made from real food) to our guests."
