"As one of the first farm to table restaurants in our area, we are trying to be a pioneer for others to see that it is possible to run their restaurants in this way, and support the good food movement at the same time. We continue to seek out new sources and support new producers in their endeavour to create a strong local, regional, and national good food movement."
