I strongly believe that we can change the food system and that we must! The Good Food 100 is helping to support and market the work of all of us who place a priority on triple bottom line: People - Planet - Prosperity. I hope that sustainability becomes the priority of all food service professionals and that we can lead the way from sustainability to "re-genertative" and the future of food.
