The Good Food 100 2017

Cochon Restaurant

"Great food obviously begins with great ingredients but great ingredients are not limited to great flavor.  Flavor is important but ingredients can’t be great if they come at the expense of the environment, the farmers and the workers producing them. The Good Food 100 works to create a matrix to measure the financial impact of doing the right thing and it is an amazing idea.  It will help more people decide to spend their money in a responsible manner and prove that ethical, sustainable farming and cooking is a powerful model conceptually and economically."
