"The Good Food 100 marks a gamechanger in kitchen transparency. It finally allows those that do the righteous work of thoughtful sourcing to be recognized for their efforts accordingly. Many talk the walk, but fewer actually take the proper steps. This is the equivalent of going behind a restaurant and digging around in the recycling bin to see what empty boxes have been broken down vs. what is stated on the menu. I am very excited to be participating and to see how my peers in the industry are impacted and motivated to change their menus and to seek to support their local farms, ranchers and growers."
